Phi Theta Kappa induction

Madison Area Technical College's Beta Beta Psi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa held its spring semester induction on Tuesday, Feb. 16. The local chapter added 197 new members this semester.
Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society for two-year colleges. Membership is based on academic achievement. To be eligible for membership, students must be enrolled in a degree program, have completed a minimum of 12 credits and maintain a 3.5 cumulative GPA.

Brewer trip tickets on sale

The programming class thought the Recreation Management Program is offering tickets to the Brewer/Cubs baseball game on April 23. Tickets cost $50, which covers the bus fee and food for a tailgating party. Students are asked to provide their own snacks and beverages. Students are asked to meet at Madison College at 2:30 pm and the will leave at 3:00 pm. Contact Katie Molloy at kmolloy8852@yahoo.com to purchase tickets. Tickets are limited so act soon.
