MATC's chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society welcomed 143 new members into its ranks on Feb. 27. The Beta Beta Psi Chapter currently has over 500 members in its ranks and brings in over 200 members a year.

The chapter started at MATC 12 years ago and has continued to grow since. The group is for students who achieve high academic excellence and provides them with resources for higher learning such as recommendations to colleges and makes them eligible for millions of dollars in scholarships.
Just recently, a member of Beta Beta Psi won the honor of being a Scholar of Wisconsin and $60,000 in scholarship money.
The program provides students who push themselves to succeed with the resources to accomplish their goals. Congratulations to all the new members of Phi Theta Kappa!
