…like the world's most annoying radio jingles. The worst offender in my humble newspaper courtroom, in this case of radio jingle misdemeanor, is none other than Madison Area Technical College. MATC is not "M-A-too-cool," NOR are we "kicking it new school."

Who paid for that horrible commercial? It sounds like a 1950's soda jingle mixed with DJ Whitebread, the world's most out of touch hip hop hoaxer. Trying to sound hip is not only counterproductive, it is downright embarrassing as a current student.

You belittled our education with your feeble attempt at reaching the "now generation." If I try to transfer to a graduate school, should I tell them how M-A-too-cool I am? Will my technical college "new school" skills pay my student loan bills?
